Bad customer service. Does not treat long time customers well.

Every time you request a quote online, no one ever contacts you. Also, new policy requires credit card payments, rather than direct bill invoicing even for long term customers with a great payment history.

Have been skipped multiple time on their route.. After 4 different calls they say the driver serviced the unit at which they did not. Don't get it high price for poor service

Horrible service, overbilled

As a residential contractor I have used on site toilet services for more then 15 years. United site services is not only the most exspensive in my area, it is also the worst service I have experianced. In addition they have major billing problems. Was charged twice in one month. Have had to make 4 calls to complain about the awful condition of the toilet. Do not under any circumstance use this company.

Horrible company

Been trying to settle invoices they have been billing me for since last year. I've called at least once a week for past 6 weeks with nobody able to help me. I've been promised a call back each time with nobody calling me back. Very terrible customer service, i will be looking for a better company to handle my companies needs.

Terrible Service Terrible Billing Practices, Just plain Terrible

Supposed to come weekly to clean porta cans, but they often skip weeks. Then they want to bill for weekly cleaning. When we brought this to their attention they refused to remove the charge from the bill. Their accounts payable department can't keep track of payments so now they want us to pay old bills that we have already paid. Do not use them.

We have had similar challenges. I use challenges when it is solved, so instead I will use ISSUES!!!

If only we could all treat customers this poorly, so we could be rich. Same with us!!!

Port a potty rental

Connected to this company from another for local service, was told we would get a deluxe which I now know is just a plain old port a potty. This company and Johnny on the spot do not have same wording for their rentals so should not just send you over like they are c onnecting you to someone else in the same company. Spent more than needed for less, and United would do nothing about it. Go to Allstate for local PA porta potty rentals!!!!

We are looking for a new toilet company because we are tired of united screwing up everything we with the previous company they bought it's not bad enough we have to jump through hoops to get a toilet delivered but now our service tech is gone the best tech magnolia green has had and now gone for what believe me we read all the reviews from united and it's not good to have such a high turn over finally we had a service tech that didn't skip us cleaned our units properly and I have to say if we were to find this gentleman working at another toilet company we would switch to that company

I worked for United Site Services and they do have a high turnover rate of employees because they get over worked. They put way too many toilets on the routes and that’s why toilets get missed.

Liars and Cheats, AVOID THIS COMPANY

They promise weekly service, they come every 2 weeks if you're lucky and write in multiple phony service dates when they actually come. Called to remedy the problem and they promised to come for service in addition to the normal weekly service... it's been two weeks since that promise, still no service. Avoid at all costs.

United Site Services gets way too many customers for their service drivers to handle that’s why you get skipped. I used to work for them.

Drivers work anywhere from 50-80 hours a week and still can’t finish all of the work.

I would recommend going with a local company. The big companies just care about how many customers they get.

Employees Misconduct

I run a business with my husband. As the bookeeper I googled your Springfield MA location and got Google had information on a dispatcher there Deyli Acosta.

This person is being accused of sleeping with the employees there and ruining long standing marriages. No Thank You United Site Services. I will look for business somewhere else.

Keeping my husband away from that location. Very unprofessional.

I also saw that when I researched Portable Toilets for my employer. Very disgraceful for them to have a female there destroying families.

They need to let her go.

This company is predominantly all male and here comes a female to ruin it for others. Get rid of the homewrecker United!!

Horrible Service, High Employee Turnover and Poor Equipment

I need portable restrooms year round. In the year and a half I had United as my provider, I had 3 different account reps and I can't tell you how many drivers they went through. Trucks were always broke down (at least thats what they tell you) and they don't tell you ahead of time, they wait to see if you notice that you didn't receive service. I called 800# and was transferred numerous times, left message. Some arrogant manager called and half heartedly offered a credit that was never given. I chose another locally owned company and they have been fabulous.

Unsafe /unfair /not everyone is treated equal across the board management has there picks

IF YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE FLA BRANCH YOU NEED THE BIG BOSSES TO COME IN WITH ANY NOTICES OR HAVE SOMEONE COME HERE TO CHECK THINGS OUT AND PULL THE LAST 6 MONTHS OF RECORDS OF MAN HRS /GPS/VIR'S REPORTS /PAPER WORK AND TALK TO MOST OF THE DRIVERS YOU WOULD FIND OUT MORE THEN YOU WANT TO KNOW EXAMPLE : DRIVERS PAYING OUT OF THERE PAY FOR SUPPLIES SAME DRIVERS WORKING ALL EVENTS AND WORKING 5-7 DAYS A WEEK THINGS GETTING MISSING UNSAFE PLACE TO WORK WORKING HRS AND NOT GETTING PAID FOR
